I have had lots of friends ask me to share this recipe, so today I am sharing it with you! It is so quick and easy, and perfect for post workouts on hot summer days! 1 banana smashed and frozen
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
Small “splash” of vanilla extract
1 tsp unsweetened coco powder
1tbsp of all natural peanut butter (creamy)
Freeze bananas for about 2 hrs. (*tip slice the bananas into thin slices before freezing.) Take them out and mash all of the slices together. Then mix/fold all of the ingredients into the banana mash mixture. If it begins to thaw a little too much for your liking, you can put it back in the freezer for a few minutes.
Delicious and the banana freezes like ice cream, great texture! Enjoy!
